ABOUT ME
With 28 years of professional experience and 17 years of experience in people management and development, he is currently the Corporate Director of People and Culture at ADP - Águas de Portugal, SGPS, SA.
He has previously led various areas in cultural and organizational transformation, learning and people development, strategy, internal and external communication, social responsibility, product and service development, and project management, in a multinational context.
In addition, he works as an executive and team coach and as a mentor, is a university professor in the fields of management and people development, and is also a trainer/facilitator and speaker at various events and conferences.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Organization of Human Capital Directors (DCH) in Portugal, is part of the People Management 5.0 movement within the Portuguese Association of People Management (APG), leading the Education, Learning, and Development Committee, is founder of RMC Learning & Coaching, and is co-founder of the Institute for Self-Knowledge and Consciousness.
