Sandra Regina Domiciano, a native of Natividade da Serra, in the Paraíba Valley (SP), is an architect and urban planner with notable work in architecture, interior design, and landscaping. With a solid academic background and extensive professional experience, she has built a career marked by innovation, aesthetic sensibility, and a commitment to sustainable and functional solutions. Her work reflects the harmonious integration between form, use, and context, always guided by the valorization of urban space and the promotion of collective well-being.
Graduated in Interior Design and in Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidade Nove de Julho, Sandra also holds training in Landscape and Participation from the University of São Paulo, in addition to specializations in Project Management from the Project Management Institute and from Fundação Bradesco. This multidisciplinary foundation supports work ranging from urban planning to the design of buildings, interiors, and landscaped spaces.
Among her notable projects are Praça Humaitá, in the western zone of São Paulo, Praça Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, and the Tamboré 11 Community Center in Santana de Parnaíba, in addition to residences and developments such as Portal de Paúba, in São Sebastião, and Sítio Vale Encantado, in Natividade da Serra. In all of them, her ability to transform concepts into environments that foster social interaction, environmental balance, and quality of life is evident.
Alongside her professional career, Sandra Regina Domiciano maintains strong social and cultural engagement, participating in volunteer projects in Brazil and abroad. Notable among these are her collaboration on set design for the Alcântara Library in Lisbon, her work at World Youth Day 2024, as well as humanitarian missions in Haiti and social projects developed with the Bom Pastor Parish in Cascais, Portugal.
