Holding a Master's in Law from USP and a Doctor Honoris Causa from World Christian University (WCU), Florida, he holds a postgraduate specialization in Civil Law from USP - Faculty of Law of Ribeirão Preto. A specialist in Notarial and Real Estate Registry Law from the São Paulo School of Magistracy (EPM). A former attorney, he worked voluntarily at the 2nd Public Law Chamber of TJ/SP. With more than 10 years as a notary and civil registrar in the State of São Paulo, he is currently the 1st Notary of Santo André, SP - Vice-President of the Notarial Commission of IBDFAM (Brazilian Institute of Family Law). National Director of IBDFAM. Representative board member of the courts at ARPEN-SP (Association of Civil Registrars of Natural Persons of the State of São Paulo - 2020/2021 slate), member of the ARPEN-SP Deliberative Council 22/23, former Director of the Limeira Regional Office - ARPEN-SP.
