Academic Victor Lucano Ribeiro Del Duca began his career as an Army Intelligence officer (2008-2012) and graduated in Law from the Instituto de Ensino Superior Planalto in 2017. With several postgraduate specializations, he worked at law firms and public agencies such as the Public Defenders' Office of the Federal District, the Federal Judiciary, and the Federal Supreme Court (STF). He distinguished himself at the Union of Servants of the Legislative Power and Court of Accounts of the Federal District (2020-2024), receiving two Motions of Commendation. He provided consulting services to UNESCO (2017/2018) and currently works in legal-legislative advisory at the Federal District Government. He chairs the Diversity and Inclusion Commission at OAB/DF, Guará Subsection, and is a talented drummer and father of three.
