Academic Vinícius Henrique Brandão, a native of Volta Redonda, has built an academic career marked by analytical rigor and a dedication to the critical understanding of Brazilian development. He holds a Master's in Territorial Development and Public Policy from UFRRJ and is a Doctoral candidate in Sociology at UFF, conducting research that engages with contemporary debates on modernization, territory, and society. In parallel, he has worked in literature since 2009, establishing himself as a poet and author of Poema na Quarentena. His work integrates intellectual production, artistic expression, and a commitment to cultural dissemination.
