ABOUT ME
A jurist with a solid academic background and extensive work in the fields of public, social security, and military criminal law. She holds a Law degree from Centro Universitário de Brasília, a Doctorate in Legal Sciences from the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino, and also a Doctorate in Legal Sciences from World Christian University.
She holds lato sensu postgraduate specializations in Public Law with Higher Education Teaching (ANAMAGIS), Military Criminal Law and Military Criminal Procedure, and Social Security Law, consolidating a broad and consistent technical background. She currently serves as Chief Prosecutor of the Legal Unit of the Federal Council of Nutritionists, in addition to serving as an advisor to the Technical Studies Commission of the Forum of Federal Councils of Regulated Professions.
Institutionally, she was President of the Social Security Law Commission of OAB/DF for the 2019/2021 and 2022/2024 terms, Legal Attorney for CRA/DF and the Federal Council of Administration (CFA), as well as Director of the Legal Department of IPREM/SP between 2019 and 2022. She also serves as a consultant for the Franco-Brazilian Foundation for Research and Development and for the Foundation Institute of Administration.
She is a university professor with extensive experience preparing candidates for OAB, court, and judiciary examinations, in addition to teaching in postgraduate and MBA programs, distinguished by her academic rigor, institutional commitment, and ongoing contribution to legal education in Brazil.
