ABOUT ME
Academic Washington Anedino Oliveira Canedo, a physician specializing in adult intensive care, with extensive experience in urgent, emergency, and pre-hospital care at high-complexity hospitals in São Paulo. He worked intensively in medical education, as a residency preceptor and internship coordinator, structuring high-performance training and practices. In management, he led teams and implemented care protocols at public, private, and large-scale hospitals. He contributed to excellence processes in his last management contract at the Sírio-Libanês Institute. He is founder and CEO of Reobote Medical Group, guiding physicians in career acceleration and professional autonomy. Author of the Manual do Primeiro Plantão, he works as a consultant in medical and hospital management.
