Academic Wendel Santos Chaves e Silva began his public career in 2005. He was a speaker for the Judicial School of Goiás, bringing education on citizenship and electoral law to thousands of people. He later held the position of Police Chief in the State of São Paulo, where he fought organized crime in the interior and in the outskirts of the East Zone of the capital, gaining practical knowledge in urban conflict, tactical-operational management, and institutional combat against domestic and family violence against women. He is an attorney, legal opinion writer, and legislative consultant, drafting studies and bills in the areas of public security and human rights.
